The centre of the charming ‘city of perfume’ Grasse is only 1 mile away. Discover the small streets with the famous pink umbrellas and its several terraces and a variety of shops.
At the end of our street you'll find the supermarket Intermarché, the several shops with delicious food, boulangeries, pharmacy, Picard and a pizzeria
MARKETS: https://www.ville-grasse.fr/foires-et-marches-grasse/
Go to the tourist office for more information for day trips, or you can visit one of the perfume factories. For example have a look at the site of www.Fragonard.com. Fragonard has several beautiful shops and musea in Grasse and you can also book a workshop in their perfume factory. And at these photos above you see a small selection of things to do!
France has nominated the skills related to perfume in Pays de Grasse: the cultivation of perfume plants, the knowledge and processing of natural raw materials, and the art of perfume composition (No. 01207) for inscription on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Visit the BEAUTIFUL GARDENS of the international museum of perfumery: https://jardinsdumip.museesdegrasse.com
You can visit so many villages and cities in the area by car but you can also park your car at the parking garage (free) at the railway station of Grasse! You can visit many places/beaches along the coast (for example Cannes, Juan les Pins, Théoule, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze, Villefranche) or you might want to go to Italy for the day.
You can reach Grasse by car, by train (from Paris to Cannes in 5 hours) and by plane; Nice airport is only 30 minutes away from our house.
If you want to go for a swim in a public pool you can go to 'La Piscine de Peymeinade'. The public swimming pool of Grasse is under construction until 2027.

Mouans-Sartoux is a very nice village only 15 minutes from Grasse: www.mouans-sartoux.net/agenda.html. In the summer you can dance at the square or have drinks or dinner at one of the nice restaurants of the village.
You will find many beautiful golf courses in the aera: https://www.leadingcourses.com/region/europa+frankrig+provence-alpes-côte-d-azur/clubs
From several harbors you can take the ferry to the islands close to Cannes! www.riviera-lines.com/
Nice is a very nice town to visit. You can rent a bike with the LIME or Pony app or you can book for example a bike tour at www.bajabikes.eu/nl/fietsen-in-nice/
And of course there are many beautiful walks along the coast (Le Sentier du Littoral, Cap d’Antibes) or in the area of Grasse
In the winter you can ski at only 45 minutes away:
The two biggest shoppingmalls are www.westfield.com/france/polygoneriviera (open air!) and Cap 3000 in Nice, near the airport (indoor).

You can always ask us about beaches, restaurants, shops, markets, villages and cities; after 22 years in Grasse we have many favorites!
