‘La petite maison Dant’ is an oasis in a lively neighbourhood. You can walk in 5 minutes to the 3 lovely ‘Boulangeries’ (where you can also drink your coffee), the butcher, greengrocer/‘traiteurs’, winery, pharmacies, supermarket, Picard, fish shop, Tappas Bar and pizzeria.
Our house has three terraces with a beautiful view at the valley and partly the sea. An electric BBQ available in the garden.
There are two bedrooms downstairs. The house can only be rented by two people but in case the two people are just good friends, they can use the two bedrooms. One bigger one with a double bed, airconditioning, screen door and a big closet. The second, smaller, room has two separate beds. Both rooms have patio doors to the terrace.
The bathroom has double sinks, a shower and a toilet. There’s a separate extra toilet.
In the small open kitchen is a stove, fridge, freezer, dish washer and a Nespresso machine. Downstairs you’ll find an extra big fridge and a washing machine.
The house has good wifi (fiber) and Apple TV. In the living room there’s also airconditioning. And a fire place for cold winter days.
The garden is private and you can park your car at he driveway. The gate can be closed.
There’s no swimming pool but you can cool off under the outdoor shower or go to one of the beautiful beaches of the Côte d’Azur (± 30 minutes from Grasse). See for more info our page ‘Côte d’Azur, Provence, Alpes Maritimes'.
